Lead conversion rate

Client needed help with generating leads in the real estate industry. The struggle was it was a brand new development where they were selling high end vacation lots with no homes on them. In order to drive leads, we had to build a strategy around painting what the outcome would be like for the customer. 

As organic SEO had significant competition, we had to rely heavy on paid advertising to drive leads. When initially starting, leads were costing around $65/lead on average every 3 months.

Through continued paid advertising optimization, we were able to reduce the cost per lead all the way down to $25/lead per quarter.
